Come and enjoy spring in North Carolina with an action packed weekend you don't want to miss. Friday night kicks off the celebration with a "PATH to Overcoming Obstacles", 1.25 mile double loop run with a variety of obstacles along the way. This event is hosted by the Rutherfordton Women's League and is sure to be fun for all ages. Medals will be awarded as well as prizes for the wackiest costume, largest group and craziest individual. Proceeds from the obstacle course will support PATH which helps people in our community suffering from domestic violence. PATH helps with educating them about their options and providing care as the families transition. For more information visit the Facebook page: A Path to Overcoming Obstacles Obstacle Course.
