| Mental Health Association presents “Dinner and a Movie” at Don Gibson Theater |

The Mental Health Association in Cleveland County invites you to its 50th Anniversary “Dinner and a Movie” Banquet at the Don Gibson Theater on Thurs., Nov. 8th at 6:30 pm. Enjoy a pasta buffet provided by Pleasant City Wood Fired Grille and a special viewing of the documentary film “Brushes With Life”. This film explores the lives of eight NC artists living with a mental illness who are finding healing through their work. A panel discussion will follow the film with guests from the mental health and arts community, including those involved in our “Healing Through Art” exhibit which will be displayed at Cleveland Community College’s Pennington-McIntyre gallery through the end of the year. Tickets are $20. There will be door prizes and a silent auction.
