Michael Theodore Bridges, 64, of Pioneer Road, Ellenboro, died on Friday January 4,2013 at Rutherford Regional Medical Center. A native of Rutherford County, he was born on February 18,1948 a son of the late Charles Theodore and Mattie Hawkins Bridges. He was a self employed construction worker.
He is survived by his wife, Pam Overby Bridges; one daughter, Nickie Hudson and husband Travis of Ellenboro; two brothers ,Roy Bridges of Shelby, James Bridges of Shelby; three sisters, Annette Blanton of Shelby; Cathy Bridges of Shelby; Amelia Robbins of Thomasville; three grandchildren, Avery Hudson, Hunter Hudson, Chad Murray.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 pm on Monday January 7,2013 at The A.C. McKinney Memorial Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Robbins officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm-2:30pm on Monday January 7,2013 at McKinney-Landreth & Carroll Funeral and Cremation Services and at other times at the home.
