Mr. Millard Carroll Caldwell, 75 of White Oak Manor, passed away Sunday, September 19, 2010. Services were held at Cleveland Funeral Services Chapel. Burial followed in Cleveland Memorial Park.
Mr. Caldwell served our country in the U.S. Navy where he was a Chief Petty Officer and Communications Officer.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Chloe Blanton Caldwell; and his parents, Millard Benson Caldwell and Mae Horne Caldwell.
He is survived by 1 son, Rev. Scott Caldwell and wife Freida of Shelby; 1 brother, DeWayne Caldwell and wife Jerralene of Kings Mountain; 1 sister, Gloria “Tootsie” Ware of Kings Mountain, NC; 2 grandchildren; and his beloved girlfriend and companion, Martha Fay Graham of Blacksburg, SC.
