Milton Dennis Sayers, 72, of 108 Wes Cook Rd., Lawndale, passed away
Saturday, December 27, 2014 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center in Shelby.
He was born in Roanoke, VA on June 4, 1942 to Velma Lynch Sayers of Johnson
City, TN and the late Bowie Crockett Sayers. He was retired from the pizza
industry having managed a Papa John's.
In addition to his father he is preceded in death by his two brothers, Davie
Sayers and Jerry Sayers.
He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Lucille Miraballes Sayers; son,
Joshua Sayers of Lawndale; two daughters, Debbie Davis and husband Rick of
Easley, SC and Susan Holt of Toccoa, GA; brother, Alan Sayers and wife Wanda
of Johnson City, TN; sister, Donna Sayers Dik and husband Jim of Johnson
City, TN; five grandchildren, Joyce Mullens, Stacey Roesch, Michael Sayers,
Ashley Davis, and Chris Mullens; and numerous great-grandchildren.
A memorial services will be held at the Kingdom Hall, 150 W. Ross Grove Ch.
Rd, Shelby, on Saturday at 2:00 PM. The family will greet friends
immediately following the service.
