Born March 3, 1928 in Cleveland County, she was a daughter of the late Henry
Raymond Brackett and Mary Kathleen Hull Brackett. She was a member of St.
Paul Baptist Church where she was a retired Sunday school teacher.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Worth
Canipe Willis and two brothers, Alvin Brackett and Grady Brackett.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Jeff & Tammy Willis of Casar;
brother, R.A Brackett of Casar; sister, Pauline VanDyke of Golden Valley;
two grandchildren, Ashley Willis and Andrew Willis both of Casar and special
friends, Peggy Tallent & Chloe Parker.
Visitation: 6:30 PM to 8:00PM, Friday at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home &
Cremation Center, Fallston.
Funeral Service: 2:00 PM, Saturday at St. Paul Baptist Church , Casar. The
body will be placed in the church thirty minutes prior to the service.
Officiating: Rev. Keith Fulbright
Burial: will follow in the church cemetery
Memorials: May be made to Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home & Cremation Center PO
