Myrtle Blanche Mayhue McCurry, 89, of Plainfield Drive, Shelby, passed away
September 8, 2015 at Cleveland Pines Nursing Center.

Born July 26, 1926 in Cleveland County she was a daughter of the late Jake
Mayhue and Ida Mayhue. She was a homemaker.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack
Leonard McCurry; two sons, Jack L. McCurry, Jr. and Muriel Bruce McCurry;
grandson, Rodney Goins; one brother and four sisters.

Survivors include two sons, Ronnie E. McCurry and wife, Glenda of Shelby and
Tony McCurry and wife, Susan of Mooresboro; daughter, Pamela Robbins and
husband, Tony of Shelby; seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

Visitation: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Friday, Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home &
Cremation Center, Inc., Fallston.

Funeral Service: 2:00 PM, Friday, at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home &
Cremation Center, Fallston.

Burial will follow in Sunset Cemetery
