Naomi Faye Hampton Childers, 75, passed away Thursday, August 6th, 2026 at Valley Falls Terrace in Spartanburg.

Born in Blacksburg, she was the daughter of the late LeeRoy Hampton and Maxine Parker Melton.

Naomi is survived by her children, Howard Leon Blackwood, Christopher Lee Blackwood, Mark Bobby Blackwood, Robert "Scottie" Blackwood, Angela Dawn Duncan, and numerous grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Terry Hampton and Randy Hampton.

No services are planned at the present time.
