Where: Meet up at Lake Hauser at 12:45 sharp to drop off boats, Then we will take vehicles to the Broad River Greenway and get a shuttle back to the put in. (If you don't have a Greenway sticker, may have a $5 parking fee.)

More Info: The speaker will be Wade Fairey, a native of Rock Hill, SC and a graduate of Wofford College in Spartanburg where he received a degree in Southern History. He will speak on "Roots and Recall". This is a site hosting over 32,000 sites with a repository for photographsk history, maps and many maps. Meetings are open to all persons interested in local history and family lineage.

Saturday, April 13 - "Spring Wildflower Walk". 11:00 am & 2:00 pm, along the Jacob Fork River.
Sunday, April 14 - "Fly Fishing 101". Get Hooked! Visitor Center, 2:00 pm.
Saturday, April 20 - "Spring Wildflower Walk". Join a Park Ranger at 11:00 am for a wildflower walk along the Jacob Fork River.
"Wilderness Survival 101" will cover basic survival information as covered in the Boy Scouts of America handbook. Program is free and open to the public. Meet at the Visitor Center at 2:00 pm.
Saturday, April 27 - "Spring Wildflower Walk". 11:00 am & 2:00 .
Sunday, April 28 - "Fly Fishing 101", Visitor Center, 2:00 pm. Class will meet at the Clear Creek access off Branstrom Orchard Rd. Morganton NC 28655.
