Childrens Shelter
The Cleveland County Women and Childrens Shelter will be holding a breakfast at Fatz Cafe "Short Stacks for Big Change" for support, Saturday, December 19, 2015, 8:00-10:00am. Breakfast includes: pancakes, sausage links, maple syrup, butter, mixed fruit, coffee, tea or milk. Adult tickets are $7 and children 6 and under eat free (limited one "free" child per adult ticket). Foothills Post-Polio Support Group
The Foothills Post-Polio Support Group, formerly called the Cleveland County Post-Polio Support Group, will hold the December meeting at the conference room of the Life Enrichment Center of Shelby on Monday, December 21, 2015 at 6:00 in the evening. They will have pick-up food and have a Christmas party. The conference room is located at the back of the building. The center is located off Hwy 18 North on Life Enrichment Blvd, just north of Cornerstone Dentistry. Each person attending should bring his/her own choice of holiday pick-up delights. Drinks- coffee and water - will be provided. If you are a polio survivor please plan to attend. Feel free to bring a caregiver with you. Gaston County VFW Bingo Christmas Season
Gaston County VFW will hold their Christmas Season Bingo, on Fridays, at Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9337, 3250 W. Franklin Blvd., Gastonia, NC. Early games start at 6:30pm, and regular games at 7:00pm. Smoke-free event. Public invited. Fridays (Exceptions: no Bingo on December 25, 2015 or January 1, 2016).
Shelby Friends 50 and Over
