More Info: We are hosting a fundraiser for the Jerry Bell family to help with their medical expenses. We'll be serving hot dogs with the trimmings, chips and drink for $5. Donations accepted. You can eat in, do carry out, we'll even bring it out to your car if you need us to, just let us know. If you can not come and would like to help the Bell family with their medical expenses, please mail it to Oak Grove Baptist Church, 1022 Oak Grove Rd., or bring it by the church Tuesday - Thursday 8:30 - 1:30 or give to a church member if you see us out and about.

More Info: CC Arts Council is looking for additional students who would like to join a private art class. Beginners and experienced artists are welcome! Additional dates available as well! Having difficulty fine tuning your 2D artwork? Want to create clear colors instead of muddy colors in your watercolor or acrylic paintings? Stumped by not knowing how to clean up a glaring watercolor mistake? Do you want to bump up your drawing skills with better shading, directional lighting, perspective and figure drawing? The instructor, Steven Greenway has his MFA from the Otis Art Institute. His experience includes book illustrations, graphic design, teaching, and private art instruction. He was employed as the art director for Clyde A Short and McDowell Technical Community College. Sessions are 2 hours long with individual instruction.
