More Info: Chalk Fest is brought to you by the Cleveland County Arts Council in partnership with Uptown Shelby Association and is sponsored by Cleveland Animal Hospital. Also taking place that day on the Court Square is the Annual Shelby Breakfast Rotary Club Putt-Putt Tournament from 9:00-1:00, on the Marion Street side. This event is open to all ages with prizes awarded in different age categories and for teams. The cost is $4 per person or $15 per team of 4.
