Mr. Nevert Leroy Nation, 42, of Ridgefield Rd., died Thurs., Jan. 6th 2011 at his home. A native of Polk County, TN, he was the son of Nevert Leroy Nation Sr., of Shelby and the late Della Lou Higdon Nation. He was the owner of Leroy Nation Floor Sanding.
PRECEDED: In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his brother, Brian Ussery.
SURVIVED: In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife Tana Knox Nation of Shelby; four sons, Chey Lingerfelt and wife Amanda of Boiling Springs, Leroy Nation III and wife Lexy, Josh Campbell and wife Shannon, both of Shelby, and Jeremiah Nation and Jennifer Worley of Gastonia; two daughters, Tammie Philbeck and husband Chris of Waco, and Kaitlyn Nation of Shelby; one sister, Becky Bingham of Hickory; two brothers, Jeff Bingham and wife Natalie of Charlotte, and Ricky Nation of Shelby; five grandchildren, Xander Philbeck, Brayden Nation, Emma Nation, Harmony Lingerfelt, and Seth Nation
SERVICES: Funeral services will be 2pm Monday, Jan. 10th, 2011 at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel.
VISITATION: The family will receive friends 90 minutes prior to the service
