New Exhibit Of Paintings In The Library Gallery
The work of Dick Grimm is now featured in the Cleveland County Library Gallery through October 7.
Dick, a Navy veteran, retired to Shelby from Baltimore, MD.  He has had a lifelong interest in art and has used his talents in graphic arts at the Baltimore Sun and in his own commercial graphics business.  The paintings on display are acrylics painted on old cotton t-shirt fabrics and include both abstract and realistic imagery.  He enjoys experimenting with materials and techniques and this is evident in his unusual highly textured paintings.
