Ms. Norma Elizabeth Weathers, 84, of Shelby, NC, went safely into the arms of Jesus, Wednesday, June 9, 2010. A Memorial Service was held at Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home Chapel.
Ms. Weathers served our country in the U.S. Army Nurse Corp.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Annie Wilson Weathers and Maurice Rufus Weathers; and 3 brothers, William M. Weathers, Zebulon David Weathers, and Maurice R. “Bud” Weathers.
She is survived by 1 sister, Marianne W. Reynolds of Raleigh, NC; and many nieces and nephews.
