Hey My Friends,

As many of you have heard, parts of Kentucky have been ravaged by a flood. The damage is truly indescribable. It has been called the worst flood in Kentucky's history. At this time 26 lives have been lost with more expected. This area is less than two hours from where I live. I have, worked, visited or passed through this area several times in my life. The article I write reaches these good people - many of them are men and women who love to hunt. The area is known for its deer, turkey, bear, and elk.

I want to do something. I need your help.

Thank God there are relief agencies, local businesses, and even individuals who are collecting the greatest needs. Water, non-perishable food, and cleaning supplies are coming into the area, even though more will be needed. But everything was lost.

As I mentioned, this area is full of hunters who lost everything. I want to send them some camo. Hear me out. These people lost their clothes as well. And they LOVE their camo. It's not only their hunting clothes, but it's their high school football game clothes on Friday night, and their coffee at McDonalds on Saturday morning clothes as well.

And here's what I know about me and you. We have a TON of good used camo and hunting boots that we don't wear and we don't need. But some of our hunting friends do. I need you to ship it to me. It will cost you some time gathering it up, going through it, washing it, and shipping it to me. But it will be your way of doing something for hunters just like you. I will deliver it to the area. But please, NOTHING BUT HUNTING CLOTHES AND BOOTS.

Lastly, I need you to share this, far and wide. Print it off and give it away. I will be contacting some of my local friends to collect for me, and I will come and pick it all up. We all can do something. And this is something you and I can do.
