Patrick Shane Fitzgerald, age 42, died Monday, September 11, 2017 at his home. Born in Cleveland County on March 28, 1975, he was the son of Danny Marion Fitzgerald of Kings Mountain and the late Donna Kay Cook.

In addition to his father; Patrick is survived by his spouse, Paige R. Armstrong of the home. Patrick was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Redeemer.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at 2:00pm at Episcopal Church of the Redeemer with Rev. Murdock Smith officiating. Visitation will follow the service.
