Patsy Mullis Rull Batchelor, 87, passed away Monday, October 23, 2022 at Peak Resources in Shelby.

Born in Cleveland County on May 22, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Frontis and Flay High Mullis.

The family will hold services privately.
