Paul Dewayne Mullinax, 48, of 238 Fortanberry Road, passed away Saturday, June 9th, 2018, at his home.

Born in Gaffney, he was the son of Frances Louise Mullinax and the late Floyd Junior Mullinax. Paul loved the outdoors. As a child, he would stay in the woods, and as adult, he still stayed in the woods. Paul loved to fish, hunt, and he usually had a garden. He was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Mullinax is survived by two sisters, Lisa Mullinax Fowler and husband, Edward, and Tina Melton, all of Gaffney; two nephews, Daniel Melton and Dustin Robinson; and three nieces, Brandi Melton, Morgan Robinson, and Michelle Melton.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 12th, 2018, from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm at Gordon Mortuary of Gaffney. Funeral services will immediately follow at 1:00 pm in the Gordon Mortuary of Gaffney Chapel with Dr. Gary Rogers officiating. Interment will follow at Frederick Memorial Gardens. Edward Fowler, Dustin Robinson, David Robinson, Joshua Cornmesser, Donnie Dover, and Bobby Hill will serve as pallbearers.
