Kings Mountain -- Penelope Ann Ward Stewart, 59, of 106 Morris Street Apt 10, passed away Monday, July 16th, 2018, at her home.

Born in Gaffney, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Norma Wyatt Ward. Mrs. Stewart previously worked in textiles and was a member of High Point Baptist Church.

Surviving Mrs. Stewart are three sons, Jamie Wilkins and wife, Angel Fowler, James Michael Wilkins, and Billy Joe Wilkins, all of Gaffney; three brothers, Allen Ward of Gaffney, Rick Ward of Gaffney, and Scott Ward of Newberry; one sister, Susan Lowe, of Gaffney; eleven grandchildren, Brittany Wilkins of Spartanburg, Billy Wilkins of Spartanburg, Brooke Wilkins of Spartanburg, Audra Brown of Gaffney, Destiny Smith of Spartanburg, Hunter Billman or Missouri, Reese Billman of Missouri, Austin Fowler of Gaffney, Heaven Love Fowler of Gaffney, Farrior Fowler of Gaffney, and Timothy Davis of Gaffney; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Terrail Ward; two sisters, Debra Huskey and Robin Stewart; two granddaughters, Daphne Fowler and Daphne Billman; and her dog, Tutt-Man.

Services for Mrs. Stewart will be announced at a later date.

The family will be at their respective homes.
