Penny Ann Dellinger Foster, age 61 of Green Meadow Dr. passed away Friday, February 8, 2019 at Wendover Hospice. She was born October 18, 1957 in Cleveland County to Robert Dellinger and the late Barbara Mae Flowers Dellinger. Penny never met a stranger. She found beauty in the simple things. She loved flowers and butterflies. Her favorite color was purple, and she loved blue eye shadow. She adored the way her grandson looked at his mother and she cherished her family.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Dean Foster.

Penny is survived by her father, Robert Dellinger and wife, Margaret; daughter, Tora Hope Foster; son, Jerrial Keith Foster; grandson, Damien Foster; granddaughter, Sarah Foster; brother, Steve Dellinger and Gen; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held Friday, February 15, 2019 at 6:00 PM at Carpenter-Porter Funeral & Cremation Services. The family will receive friends Friday from 5:00 to 5:45 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
