Phillip Edward Tyler, 64, of Blacksburg, SC, passed away suddenly on May 22, 2020 at his home.

He was born in Fort Worth, TX, to the late Edward Paulin and Elizabeth Jane Tyler and was preceded in death by a brother, Dennis Lambert. Phillip was retired from the US Army.

Sister: Jeanelle Newman, Huntsville, AR
