Mr. Reginald Joseph Fitzgerald, Jr., age 58, passed away at Hospice at Wendover on July 28, 2013 after a short battle with cancer.
Preceeded in death by his mother, Vera Thompson Bell.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Deborah Fitzgerald; two sons, Joey and Derek of the home; sisters from Dothan Alabama, Gina Skipper (Jerry), daughter Brandi and Janice Bell (Clay), son Clay (Ina), daughter Emily; sister-in-laws,
Denise McKinney (Ralph) of Shelby, daughters Molly and Nichole Higginbotham (Phillip) and Gina Kirkland of Charlotte; niece Jennifer Wright (Shane), son Harrison, daughter Caitlin and very special friends Mark Chaney, James Henson, Roy Dyer, Barry Beaver and Robert Visbeck.
Mr. Fitzgerald served in the US Navy 16 1/2 years, MBC Computer Service Inc. 20 years, as a radar and Electronics Technician. He loved Alabama football, golf and playing guitar.
Memorial services to be held in Dothan Alabama and local services to be announced.
