Renee Michelle Tankersley Capps, age 52, died Thursday, March 23, 2017 at her home. Born in Jefferson County, Kentucky on December 21, 1964, she was the daughter of the late Robert David and Jacqualine Patterson Tankersley. Renee was a homemaker to her family and enjoyed crafting and reading.

Renee is survived by her husband, Harvey Ray Capps of the home, two children; Harvey Wade Capps of Grover; and Caitlin Condrey and her husband Allen of Mooresboro; two sisters, Lisa Willis and her husband Tim of Grover; Angela Tankersley and wife Shawna of Dalton, GA; three grandchildren Taylor Engle, Kayla Condrey, and Kathan Condrey; and a niece Ashley Carrol and her husband Alan and their three children, Lucas, Dillion and Cayden.

A private service will be held at a later date.
