Blacksburg - Rhonda Ann Powers Barnett, 72, passed away on May 11, 2026 at Cherokee Medical Center in Gaffney, SC.

Born in Middletown, CT to the late Fred and Gloria LaRoe Powers, Rhonda was the wife of Paul Foster Barnett.

In addition to her husband, Paul, Mrs. Barnett is survived by three children, Regina Lynn Williams, Leo Gordon Williams III, Tracia Barnett; brother, Walter Houle; sister, Colleen McEwen; grandchildren, Gail Lee, Shain Williams, Takoda Johnson, Tracia Johnson, Leo Gordon Williams IV, Gwen Williams, Matthew Barnett, Zachery Barnett, Brendan Barnett; and great-grandchildren, Jaxon Williams, Vincent Lee, and Noah Lee.
