Richard Arthur Bromm, 36, of 510 Turner Road, passed away Monday, November 15th, 2021, at his residence.

Born in Middletown, Connecticut, he was the son of the David Arthur Bromm and Merry Atkinson Williams.

In addition to his mother and father, Mr. Bromm is survived by three sisters, April Houle, Jessica Bromm, and Tracey Houle; his step-father, Leo Williams; two step-sisters, Gina Williams and Tracia Barnett, and one step-brother, Leo Williams III.
