Robert Randy Brackett, 75, of 147 Craton Rd, Blacksburg, SC, passed away, Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Novant Health Gaffney Medical Center in Gaffney.

Mr. Brackett was born in Cleveland County on September 14, 1938, to the late Murphy Brackett and Bedie Hudson Brackett.  He was a member of Elliott Memorial Baptist Church and was retired from Cleveland Mills and Grover Industrial.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his two brothers J.C. Brackett and Toby Brackett; and sister, Barbara Brackett.

He is survived by his wife Betty White Brackett; son, Frankie Howard Tate of Casar; three daughters, Annette Wright, Robin Lynn Moss, and Cindy Ann Brackett all of Blacksburg, SC; two sisters, Selma Faircloth of Supply, NC and Betty Chapman of Blacksburg, SC; nine grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Graveside:  3.00 PM, Friday at Elliott Memorial Baptist Church, Lawndale.
