Mr. Roger D. Seagraves, 63 of 609 Floyd Street, Kings Mountain, NC passed away Sunday, September 19, 2010. Services were held at Family Worship Center, Church of God. Burial followed in Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mtn., NC.
Mr. Seagraves was preceded in death by his father, Amber Jewel Seagraves; and his mother, Ruby Evelyn Peeler.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Connie Weaver Seagraves; 1 son, Roger D. Seagraves, Jr. and wife Crystal of Bessemer City, NC; 2 daughters, Lisha Nicholson and husband Randy of Lincolnton, NC, and Teresa Thompon of Kings Mountain, NC; 2 brothers, Doug Seagraves and Clifford Seagraves; 2 sisters, June Brown and Margaret Holcomb; and 4 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Connie Seagraves to help with the funeral expenses.
