Roger Lee Bridges, age 63, Forest City, NC, was called Home on Friday, August 5, 2016 at Rutherford Regional Medical Center.
Born on November 17, 1952 in Lincoln County, he was a son to Daisy Spears Earls and the late Bobby Earls.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Bridges; mother, Daisy Earls; daughter, Regina Bridges; brother, Ronnie Bridges and wife Roberta; grandchildren, Ashley Woodbridge and husband Lee Woodbridge Jr, Jessica Bailey and husband Josh, Monica Bailey; great-grandchildren, Elaina Woodbridge, Lee Woodbridge III, Leah Woodbridge, Josephina Perez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and the Pittsburg Steelers.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Jerry Marshall and Rev. Paul Lane officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Harrelson Funeral Home to help defray expenses.
