Rosa Lee Patterson Bell, age 95, resident of Kings Mountain, NC went to be with the Lord on December 25, 2014 at Kings Mountain Hospital.            

She was born in Cleveland Co. NC to the late John Bunyan Patterson and Annie Carroll Patterson.  She was also preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Horace Lee Bell: brothers; Paul Patterson, Lloyd Patterson, Eugene Patterson and sisters; Margaret Thornburg, Louise Hord, Julia Williams, and Helen Hamrick.   She was an active member of Oak Grove Baptist Church where she served as Sunday School Teacher.  Mrs. Bell  was a homemaker and retired from Kings Mountain District Schools.  She was an avid gardener,  who preserved many fruits and vegetables that she and Horace grew.  She enjoyed sharing flowers and vegetables with neighbors and family.   The family would like to give a special thanks to Theresa Barber, Vernie Norkett, and Becky Dye for their loving care of their mother.

 Nancy Knisley and husband Jonathan, Middleburg, VA

Four Great Grandchildren: Benjamin and Philip Kester, Mac Knisley, and Lulu Knisley.

Numerous nieces and nephews.
