Mr. Roy Pinkney Philbeck, age 52, of Taylorsville, NC, went home to be with his mother and father on September 10, 2015, at Winston Salem Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem, NC. Arrangements are incomplete at this time and all services will be private at a later date.

Mr. Philbeck was preceded in death by both parents, Rushie and Betty Philbeck of Fallston, NC; and two sisters, Jeanette Philbeck and Judy Harmon.

He is survived by one daughter, Alyssa Philbeck of Indian Trail, NC; one brother, Donald B. Philbeck and wife, Janet of Shelby, NC; and one sister, Darlene Debrier of Fayeville, NC; and a very special close friend, Janet O. Wyatt of Shelby, NC.
