Ruth Anna Stankewitz, 94, of Shelby, died Thursday, January 23, 2014 at
White Oak Manor in Shelby.
She was born in Scatuwa, Canada, on November 11, 1919, to Henry Andrew
Stankewitz and Agnes Chandler Stankewitz. She was retired in medical
services as a bookkeeper.
She is survived by a special caregiver, Mary Smith of Fort Mill, SC.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00pm, on Saturday, January 25, 2014,
at Stamey Funeral Home, Fallston, with the Mr. Tom Nussbaum and Mr. Carl
Nelson officating.
