Ms. Samantha Kelly Stamper, age 35, passed away on December 5, 2013 at Rutherford Regional Medical Center.
She was predeceased by a son, Dakota Fennis Stamper. She is survived by her mother Shelia Denise Richardson of the home, a sister Shondale Neal of Forest City; 4 children Sierra Kelly Swafford Williams, Breanna Denise Russell Williams, Amber Leigh Starr McClellan and Chanel Meadow Capri Dominguez; one nephew Scottie Ray Matthew Pruitt and her fiance David Dominguez, of the home.
Robert S. Morgan, Jr. Funeral Service Licensee, LLC is serving the Stamper Family.
