Mr. Samuel Harrelson Mosteller, 68, of 110 Brunet Drive passed away Friday, February 14, 2014 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center in Shelby.
Born in Catawba County on September 12, 1945, he was a son of the late Evan and Kathleen Smith Mosteller. Sam attended St. Paul Baptist Church and retired as a crane operator with Gregory's Lumber Company.
In addition to his parents, Sam was preceded in death by his daughter, Kelly A. Mosteller.
He is survived by his wife of forty-seven years, Gail Costner Mosteller; brother, Ronnie Mosteller of Vale; sister-in-law, Hilda Harris of Casar; niece Jill Lineberger and husband Allen of Casar; great niece, Emma and great nephew, Eli.
Visitation: The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 pm Sunday at St. Paul Baptist Church in Casar. A guest register is available at www.stameyfuneralhome.com.
Funeral: The funeral service will be at 3:00 pm Sunday at St. Paul Baptist Church with Rev. Keith Fulbright officiating.

Burial: Rose Hill Memorial Park in Fallston
