Sharon Dianne Morris, 62, of 1535 West Cherokee St., passed away Thursday, July 14, 2011, at the Peachtree Centre.
Born in North Carolina, Mrs. Morris was the wife of of Clifton Eugene (Pee Wee) Morris of the home and the daughter of the late Stanley Winfred and Grace Helen Dockery Beaver. She worked as re-spooler at Firestone and was a member of Charity Baptist Church.
Mrs. Morris is survived by her husband Clifton (Pee Wee) Morris of the home; one son, Bo Shannon, of Mooresville, NC; one daughter, Angela Shannon Bailey, of Blacksburg; 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 3:00PM - 4:00PM Saturday, July 16, 2011 at Gordon Mortuary. Memorial services will immediately follow at 4:00PM with Rev. Eric Sellers and Rev. Sam Robbins officiating.
The family will be at the residence.
