Ms. Shirley Ann Griffin Williams, of Carillon Assisted Living Center, Shelby, NC passed away on Monday, September 27, 2010. Services were held at Crestview Baptist Church. Burial followed in Cleveland Memorial Park.
Ms. Williams was preceded in death by her parents, Vance Zebulon and Maude Ada Blanton Griffin; 2 brothers, Bill and Paul Griffin; her step-mother, Mae Griffin; and nephew, Spencer Ford.
She is survived by 1 brother, Keith Griffin and wife Rhonda of Lenoir; 1 sister, Karen Griffin Ford and husband Brian of Lenior; 2 step-brothers, Gary Johnson of Hickory, and Kenneth Johnson and wife Judy of Newland; 1 step-sister, Barbara Gilbert of Taylorsville; and several nieces and nephews.
