Stella Brandle Morrow
 Mrs. Stella Brandle Morrow, 92, of 2328 S. Lafayette St., died Wed. Jan. 18, 2012 at her daughter’s home.  A native of Rutherford Co. she was the daughter of the late Otho and Myrtle Towery Brandle.  After retiring from textiles, she worked many years at her family owned restaurant, Amora Pizza and Restaurant. She also worked as a sales rep for Avon and Stanley Home Products.  She was a member of Hoyle Memorial UMC where she enjoyed working with children was a member of the Sally Rollins Sunday School Class.  She served the community thru assisting the elderly in taking them to church, doctor’s visits, and feeding them.  Her love in life was children and her door was always open especially on Sunday afternoon for her traditional “Sunday Lunch”, featuring her special “Sunday taters”.  The family expresses a thank you to Hospice of Cleveland County and Dr. Aldinger and his nurses, Kim and Christy.

PRECEDED: In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Franklin Morrow; daughter, Shelia Ann Morrow; four brothers, Floyd , Clyde, Lee, and Lester Brandle.

SURVIVED: She is survived by her son, David Carl Morrow and wife Hazel; daughter, Elaine Morrow Tessneer and husband Tommy, all of Shelby; seven grandchildren, Thomas Tessneer and wife Keesha, Jonathan Tessneer and wife Lauren, Shelia Tessneer Bradley and husband Jon, Claudia Morrow Vaughn and husband David, Brian Acuff, Tammy Brackett and husband Aaron, Angela Safrit and husband Joesph; 15 great grandchildren one great great grandchild; special nieces and nephews, Doris, J.T., Dale, Kaye, Kaylen Ramsey; special friends, Betty Lail, Inez Allen, and Daisy Melton.

SERVICES:  Saturday, 2pm, at Hoyle Memorial UMC.  She will be place in the church 30 minutes prior to the service.

VISITATION: Friday, 6-7:30pm, at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home, and other times at the home of her daughter, Elaine, 5409 Canterbury Rd., Shelby

CLERGY: Revs. Veranita Alvord and Ann Duncan

BURIAL: Burial will immediately follow in Cleveland Memorial Park
