Stephanie Michelle Giles Howard, 38, of 1540 33rd Street SW, Hickory, passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at Frye Regional Medical Center in Hickory.
Born March 31, 1975 in Fulton County, Georgia she was a daughter of Linda Moore Giles and the late Benjamin Carlton Giles, Sr. She attended Spalding County School System and was a 1993 Honor Graduate of Griffin High School, and a 1997 Graduate of Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia with a BA Degree in Psychology and Philosophy. Stephanie worked as a flight attendant for US Airways and was teachers aid at Hickory High School. She was a
member of St. Peter's United Methodist Church.
In addition to her mother she is survived by her husband, Dwight Douglas Howard, Jr.; aunts, Ms. Gerry Canup of Dallas, Georgia and Ms. Jane Summerlin of McRae, Georgia; and also several cousins.
Memorial Service: 4:00 PM, Friday at St. Peter's United Methodist Church, Lawndale
Visitation will be immediately following the graveside service.

Burial: St. Peter's United Methodist Church, Lawndale
