Cherryville – Mr. Stuart G. Willis, 49 of 553 Blacksmith Trail, passed away January 24, 2013 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center.

Born December 31, 1963 he was a son of Ray Willis and Melba Bridges Willis of Cherryville. He worked for 33 years at Shelby Auto Plus where he was assistant manager.  Stuart enjoyed doing blacksmith work and was a member of ABANA.  He was also a loving husband, father and uncle

In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife of 18 years, Angela D. Willis; daughter, Abigail Willis of the home; and two brothers, Ronnie Willis and Ray Willis both of Cherryville.  Stuart is also survived by a number of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 1:45 PM to 2:45 PM, Sunday at Mary’s Grove United Methodist Church, Kings Mountain

Funeral Service will be 3:00 PM, Sunday at Mary’s Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. Charlene Hutchings officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
