Susan Walters Fox, age 43, of Forest City, died Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at her residence.
Born on Sunday, March 4, 1973 in Lakeland, Florida, she was a daughter to Linda Carlton Walters of Forest City and the late Jerry Walters. She worked in textiles for many years and was of the Baptist faith. Susan loved spending time with her family and will be greatly missed.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, James and Lois Walters and grandfather, Woodrow Kelley.
Besides her mother, survivors include one son, Jeremy "Drew" Walters; daughter, Shayla Heffner; grandmother, Dorothy Walters all of Forest City; brother, James Walters and wife, Kerri of Rutherfordton; granddaughter, Emalee Grace Walters and niece, Emily Walters also of Rutherfordton.
A celebration of Susan's life with be conducted at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, June 17, 2016 at her mother's house; 247 Crowe Dairy Road, Forest City, NC.
Harrelson Funeral and Cremation Services has been entrusted with arrangements.
