Mrs. Wyatt was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Wilford Wyatt; her parents, Lowell Arthur Spake and Myra Goodwin Spake; brother,  Donald Spake; sisters, Geneva Goforth, Francis Gee, Wilma Allison, Hazel Frashier.

She is survived by two sons, Oren Wyatt and Vickie; and Steve Wyatt of Shelby;  3 daughters, Jeanette Harrill (Dean); Debbie Dyer (Walt) of Shelby and Ann Buckley (Don) of Concord, NC.
