Gaffney -- Thelma Ann Spake Moore, 76, of 940 N. Limestone St. Apt. K52, passed away Wednesday, October 18th, 2017, at Mary Black Health System - Gaffney.

Born in Gaffney, she was the widow of Jack Moore and the daughter of the late Elmer and Ethel Cartee Spake. Mrs. Moore retired from Peeler Rug after 14 years and was a member of Northside Baptist Church.

Mrs. Moore is survived by two daughters, Kristy Parris and Sandra Blankenship, son, Donnie Bland; two sisters, Lois Puckett and Edith Wood; five grandsons and five granddaughters; and numerous great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Moore is preceded in death by one brother, Marvin Spake and one sister, Linda Spake.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 21st, 2017, from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Northside Baptist Church. Funeral services will immediately follow at 11:00 am with Rev. Joel Phillips officiating. Interment will follow at Frederick Memorial Gardens. Donnie Bland, Max Flemming Jr, Dustin Keeter, Stevie Keeter, Ricky Campbell, and Cody Keeter will serve as pallbearers.
