Theresa Naomi Wright McGinnis, 61, of 108 Cap Wright Rd, Lawndale, died
Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at Hospice at Wendover in Shelby. Naomi
finished her journey on this earth and went to her eternal home to be with
Jesus and her daddy in Heaven.
Born July 25, 1950 in Cleveland County, she was a daughter of Ruby Alene
Seagle Wright and the late Kenneth Clyde Wilson Wright. She worked at
Travis Knit as an inspector and was a member of Friendly Chapel Baptist
Church.
In addition to her mother she is survived by a daughter, Carla Beaver Ashe
of Cleveland County ; granddaughter, Megan Storm Wagenknecht; brother,
Michael Kenneth Wright and wife, Brenda of Cherryville; three sisters, Rita
Ross and husband, Chuck of Lawndale, Kathie Rhoney and husband, Dean of
Vale, and Sherri Craig and husband Peedee Gladden of Cherryville; and
beloved cat, Lucky.
Visitation: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Friday, at Stamey Funeral Home, Fallston
Funeral Service: 11:00 AM, Friday at Stamey Funeral Home Chapel, Fallston.
Officiating: Revs. Loyd Brown and Dale Angel
Burial: Friendly Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery
