Thomas Forbes Elliott, 98, of Elam Rd., Lawndale, passed away Sunday
September 11, 2016 at Carolinas HealthCare System-Cleveland.

Born August 3, 1918 in Cleveland County, he was a son of the late John
Paxton Elliott, Sr. and Fannie Whisnant Elliott. He was a retired dairy
farmer. Mr. Elliott served in the US Army during WWII.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Minnie
Ruby Elliott Elliott and one son, John Thomas Elliott.

Survivors include one son, Roger Elliott of Lawndale and one daughter, Libby
Wall of Lawndale.

The graveside service will be Tuesday at 11:00AM at Elliott Cemetery with
Dennis Elliott officiating.

Burial will be in the Elliott Cemetery with military graveside rites by the
Rutherford County American Legion.
