| Mr. Thomas Richard Elliot Jr., 34, of 846 Bell Rd., Kings Mountain, NC, passed away Friday, October 29, 2010. Services were held at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel, Kings Mountain, NC. Burial followed in Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mtn., NC.
Mr. Elliot was preceded in death by his step-father, Voyd Hayes; and a step-sister, Cindy Hayes.
He is survived by his father, Thomas Richard Elliot Sr. of Texas; his mother, Lydia Mathis Hayes of Kings Mountain, NC; 1 sister, Brenda Elliot Sanders and husband Jerry of Bessemer City; 1 brother, Gary Elliot and wife Mistie of San Leon, TX; 1 step-brother, Randall Hayes of Kings Mountain, NC; and several nieces and nephews.
