| Thurman Chester Cash, age 86, a resident of 2580 South Bluebeard Trail, SW, Supply, NC formerly a resident of Kings Mountain passed away on Friday, September 19, 2014 at the Lower Cape Fear Hospice House of Brunswick Co., NC. He was born in Braselton, Ga., son of the late Henry Marvin and Annabelle Pheagin Cash. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by 3 brothers and 1 sister. He was a member of El Bethel United Methodist Church in Kings Mountain and an affiliate member of Sharon United Methodist Church in Shallotte, NC.
Mr. Cash retired from West Point Pepperell in Lumberton, NC after 27 years of service and was a former member of the Bethlehem Volunteer Fire Dept. in Kings Mountain where he served as assistant chief. He was a WW II veteran serving in the Army Air Corp as a Radio Operator on Okinawa.

Mill, SC; 5 Grandchildren and 7 Great-Grandchildren
