Tonnie Foster Fowler, 57, 204 Vine Street, passed away December 17, 2017, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Crayton L. and Dorothy White Foster, Sr. and was the fiancee' of Billy Love She was employed by Hamrick Mills and was a member of Broad River Baptist Church. She was a Gamecock fan and loved to cook.
Left to cherish her memory, in addition to Billy, are her brother - Crayton L. "Boe" Foster, Jr. and wife, Mary, of Blacksburg; half-brother - David Ray Cline of Pacolet; Billy's daughter, Margaret Love, and granddaughters, Addie and Audrey Love all of Gaffney; and nephew and niece, Tony Foster and Angel Manning both of Blacksburg. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her half-brothers, Ernie and John Cline.
A Celebration Of Life Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, December 20, 2017, 3:00 PM, at White Columns Funeral Service, Blacksburg, with Dr. Dennis Willoughby officiating. At other times, the family will be at their respective homes.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
