Tracy was a 1983 graduate of Shelby High School. She was a hardworking person who was a loving mother and provider for her children.  In addition she enjoyed socializing with her many friends and was a very generous and giving person.

She was preceded in death by three sisters, Stephanie Brown, Deborah Brown and Cecilia “Ann” Brown and a nephew, Eric Brown.

Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Roger and Mary Lockhart Brown; three children, Jonathon Brown (Niecy) of Shelby, Robbie Brown of Polkton, NC and Nikki Brown of Shelby; three brothers, Roger B. Brown (Martha) of Shelby, Phillip Brown of Greensboro, NC and Timothy Brown of Shelby; three grandchildren, Rayha Brown, Ayana Brown and King Brown; five aunts, two uncles and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at 2:00 PM at First Baptist Church in Earl with Pastor Randy Thurman officiating and Rev. Billy Houze delivering the eulogy.  Burial will take place at the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 1:30 until 2:00 PM on Wednesday at the church and also Tuesday evening from 5:00 until 6:00 PM at Enloe Mortuary.  Condolences can be expressed online at www.enloes.net.  Enloe Mortuary is in charge of the arrangements.
