Trenda Jean Carpenter Whitworth, 54, of 281 Lancaster Drive, passed away Wednesday, April 6th, 2022, at her residence.

Born in Charleston, West Virginia, she was the daughter of Carolyn Joan Good and the late Paul Franklin Carpenter Sr. Mrs. Whitworth was a member of First Apostolic Pentecostal Church.

Mrs. Whitworth is survived by one son, Brian Whitworth; one daughter, Amy Whitworth; three brothers, Timothy Patterson, Derek Patterson, and Paul Carpenter, Jr.; four sisters, Paula Tuttle, Tina Carpenter, Monta Risa Call, and Andrea Reynolds; three grandchildren, Taylor Whitworth, Mila Gormley, and Cambrea Gormley; and her campanion of 20 years, Jerry Wayne Cooksey.

The family will receive friends on Monday, April 11th, 2022, from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm at First Apostolic Pentecostal Church, 553 E Cherokee Street, Blacksburg, SC 29702. Memorial services will immediately follow at 2:00 pm with Rev. Timothy Patterson officiating.

The family will be at her residence. at 281 Lancaster Drive, Blacksburg, SC and at the home of her mother at 252 Hickory Hollow Road, Blacksburg, SC.
