Trevionne Lamont Watson, 70, of 1207 Starlight Drive Shelby, NC passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at Atrium Health, Cleveland.

He was born in Cleveland County, NC, on July 3, 1955. He was the son of the late Harold Lee Watson and Lena M. Borders.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his step-father, Joseph Borders, who helped rear him.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Dorice Surratt Watson, of the home; sons, Trevionne Lamont Watson, II (Tabitha) of Salem, VA, and Aaron Terrell Watson (LaQuanna) of Shelby, NC; stepson, Ray Surratt, Jr. of Shelby, NC; grandchildren, Al'valon Honeycutt (Miller) of Jacksonville, NC, Aaron Watson, Jr. of Boiling Springs, SC, Alana Watson, of Shelby, NC, Trevionne Watson, III, of Duncan, SC; step grandchildren, Justin Turner of Greensboro, NC, Yahreia Peeler of Shelby, NC, and Gabriel Surratt, Imani Surratt, and Rayana Surratt; great grandchild, Karter Watson of Duncan, SC; step great grandchild, Harlem Turner of Greensboro, NC; siblings, Veronica Carol Borders of Lowell, NC; Omar Borders (Jessica) of Gastonia, NC; sisters in law, Lillie Parks, Amanda Parks, Fay Brown, Lisa Early (Phillip) of Hickory, NC; brother in law, Ray Surratt, Sr. of Shelby, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at Glimpse of the Kingdom Ministries, Shelby, NC.
